Bidoun is an arts organisation dedicated to supporting and promoting contemporary artists from the Middle East, managed by a group of curators, editors and artists based in Egypt, Lebanon, the UAE and the USA. Bidoun aims to provide a platform for ideas and a forum for exchange about arts and culture in and from the region.
Established in 2003, Bidoun publishes an award- winning quarterly magazine and, under its curatorial wing Bidoun Projects, commissions and manages artists' projects, exhibitions and events.

Bidoun Video 2010
Each year, Bidoun Projects presents a series of new video programs with the aim of exploring various thematic concerns and highlighting video art practice in and around the Middle East. The 2010 program was launched at Art Dubai's Art Park –an underground space for talks, film and video–and then traveled on throughout 2010 to venues in the region and beyond.
